A quick note on shipping (we know… 🫶)

We wish we could send everything with a magic free-shipping reindeer. But real shipping comes with real costs. Every order has a base price set by the carrier, no matter how small the item. Since we ship from Norway using reliable tracked delivery, shipping can sometimes look higher than expected. Thanks for your understanding — and for supporting our small business.

 

Delivery

Normally you have the goods at the post office or collected by DHL within 3-5 days after we have received your order. The post office will let you know when the package can be collected, or it will be delivered by DHL.

You have two weeks to collect your parcel at your nearest post office. If you do not, it will be returned to us. These are the shippers regulations. In addition, you will be invoiced for shipping costs.

Norway shipping

Prices are calculated at checkout. We use Bring and Posten.

Shipping to Sweden & Denmark

Prices are calculated at checkout. We use Bring and Posten.

Customers on Svalbard

Posten has introduced a separate fee for parcels sent to Svalbard. For this reason, each order is charged with this fee, which is NOK 160.

Shipping outside of the Nordics

DHL Express shipping. Normally we will ship out your order within 3-5 days of recieving it. Shipping internationally can take up to 3 weeks depending on location and events out of our control.
